An American Federal Pembroke or “breakfast” table attributed to the New York area, ornamented with various light colored and book inlays. The shape of the elliptical top is superb.

Condition: The table has been French polished. One leg with a repair and repairs to the inlay consistent with maintenance of a table two hundred years old. Brass is original.
